I'll try the workflow from your video soon.  Maybe there's an issue with the iOS share sheet import method.  What iOS version is your phone running?  And in iOS Settings, does Lightroom have permission to access Full Access enabled for Photos?

In the meantime, can you import from wiithin the Lightroom app?   In the Lightroom tab, tap the + button towards the bottom right of screen.  You should be able to import from the camera roll as well as connected devices.

I'm running Ios 17.5 and the lightroom version is 9.2.2

it worked one time then just stopped working (im just trying it out today)

i had tried that method already and i had tried making a shortcut to make it work and the short cut is saying the file doesn't exist but i know it's not corrupted.

in the meanwhile i just downloaded the picture on my phone

Since it's a SSD and not a SD card with the DCIM folder structure like iOS expects for attached camera devices, the platform may be confused about how to browse and display files for Lightroom to see.

Aside from the option to import from SD card, you could also try the same blue import button and try the Files option.

Another option: if you have the Lightroom Mobile subscription then you also have access to the Lightroom Web app.  Sign into lightroom.adobe.com using any desktop web browser, and drag & drop the files from your SSD into your account in the web browser.  Those will upload and sync over to your mobile device.
