can't import image in Lightroom cc

I can't import any picture into Lr cc even I uninatall and install again.

In the Lr window, sometime it just show in bland with nothing except the left tool row, but those buttons aren't working when I try to use.

Moreover, sometime my Lr show it cant connect with my internet, I'm sure my internet is fine.

Ps. I'm using Macbook pro 2017 with OS Catalina (10.16.6).
