Can't import presets into CC - PC

I just bought a new PC. Installed Lightroom CC, but I can't import presets to it. 
I have my presets folder that I used on my older PC and when I try to import to this new, one I get a message saying: "The file appears to be unsupported or damaged".
It is the exactly same files that I use on Lightroom on my old PC.
Any idea will be appreciated. Thank you!!

Can you clarify which version of Lightroom you are referring to? There is no longer a "Lightroom CC", there is Lightroom Classic (images are desktop-based), latest version is 9.2.1, and there is Lightroom (images are cloud-based), latest version is 3.2.1.

So which version have you installed, and which version were you using on your old PC?
