Can't locate Preset Browser in Lightroom

Hello LR User Community:

I am trying to create an adaptive preset, but I can't locate the preset browser (see attached jpg) to allow me to complete the process. Why isn't this icon showing in my version of LR Classic?

The vertical shows the button I am looking for, the horizontal shows my LR tool section for masks.

The first screenshot isn't from Lightroom Classic, it's from Lightroom desktop. Lightroom Classic has a presets panel on the left of the image.

OK...I am using LR Desktop (I thought that was LR Classic; my bad). What I
am trying to do is to save an adaptive preset into the User Preset folder.

Is there a good, new-ish tutorial about how to do that?
