Can't log in to Lightroom mobile on Android

Using a school account 

 

After school's login page, a blank white screen showed, doesn't load

 

Works on iPhone, just switched to Android and it doesn't work

Hi,

which Android device/version are you on?

Have you contacted your IT support about this issue?
We need them to verify that everything is correctly setup.

Hi Ignacio, 

According to the PLAY store it is the version 6.1.0, I just got download and make sure it was up to date. 

It works on my iPhone when I log in so it's definitely not something wrong with my school account.

Got it, the problem is not with your school account, but it might be a configuration issue on your school for Android devices. Which is the reason why we need more info about device and Android version.
Is it only Lightroom that has a problem logging in on Android, do you have other apps that you can verify with?

Please make sure to check with your IT department, we should also continue privately where if needed, we can get the contact from your IT department.
