Can't log into Lightroom on iPhone 16

I downloaded Lightroom onto my iPhone 16. I have an Adobe plan that includes all apps. When I click "Continue with Adobe" to log in, I cannot click into the box where I should enter my email address. 

 

When I click the Safari icon at the bottom of the screen and successfully log into Adobe there, and click "Continue in Lightroom," it goes right back to the screen asking me to log in with Adobe, with Apple, with Google, or with Facebook.

Thanks for reaching out. I couldn’t locate an active subscription associated with the email address you provided. If you’ve been charged in the Play Store, could you double-check which email the charge was linked to?

Are you a bot? I didn't provide an email address. My subscription is not through the Play Store. I said I was able to log in successfully on the Safari browser, but when I go back to the app, it wants me to log in again.
