Can't log into Lightroom on MacBook; getting Error 102

Good day! I can't log into the program on my macbook. Constantly some kind of error 102! what it is? I paid for the product and I can't get it!
I can't get into the program through a computer.
Please advise something more reasonable than downloading again, because it does not help!

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. 

Which version of  Lightroom and macOS are you using? When do you see this error; while launching the application?

Can you share the screenshot of the error message?

 

 You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e (Use the manual method)

Please back up your presets and assets prior to resetting the preferences.

Yes, the error occurs when starting the program. I downloaded the program
from the App store and tried it from the site. It downloads from the site
but does not open for some reason.
