Can't redeem my purchase of Lightroom

I brought Lightroom a few months ago as a trial, I then cancelled my trial. I have recently purchased it again but for some reason, the lightroom app on my computer won't register that I have updated my subscription. It just says "Your subscription has ended: Renew Today

 

Does anyone know how to make my lightroom app register that I have updated my subscription?

From our server-side logs I can see that you have an active subscription applied to the Adobe-id which you use for this forum.

Could you double check if you are signed-in with that Adobe-id?
