Can't renew subscription in Lightroom Mobile

It either says it's a duplicate purchase with a different Adobe ID or that the purchase was unsuccessful.

Hi MikeL1, "Duplicate Purchase" errors mean your subscription is linked to another Adobe account, not the one you are currently signed into.  I will message you directly with more information.
