Hi @fierce_Starb84d,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it must be when saving and deleting aren't working as expected. Let's get this sorted out for you.

Here are some steps that should help resolve the issue on your iPhone:

1. Your app needs full access to your Photo Library to save and delete images. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, find the app (Lightroom), and make sure it's set to Full Access.

2. Low storage on your iPhone can prevent saving. Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and make sure you have sufficient free space.

3. Make sure you're running the latest version (v11.5.10) of the app from the App Store.

4. A simple restart can often resolve unresponsive UI elements.

5. In Lightroom, if you're viewing photos inside an Album, the delete action only removes the photo from that album (not your library). To permanently delete, go to All Photos, select the image, then tap Delete.

6. Make sure you're on a stable Wi-Fi connection or switch to cellular internet.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let us know:

  • What iPhone model and iOS version are you on?
  • Does this happen with all photos or only specific ones?
  • Generate diagnostic logs. Open Lightroom, go to App settings (gear icon) > Help & Support > Hold & long tap on “Access our support forum > Create App diagnostics > mail app will open, save the draft or send it yourself > then, download the logs, zipped & html files > Upload them to Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox or similar, and share the download link with me via DM so I can forward them to the team for further investigation.

This will help us investigate further.

Best,
