Question

Can't see "Create Virtual Copy" under my "Photo" menu.

I am running LR 8.2 and want to make a Virtual Copy, but all the instructions say it's within the Photo menu bar. I don't see anything about "Create Virtual Copy" nor can I Command + " to create one either. What am I doing wrong?

Virtual Copies are a Lightroom Classic feature.
Lightroom Desktop does not have Virtual Copies. It has "actual copies" or Versions.  Versions might give you what you want. 

You would need to use Lightroom Classic (Currently version 14.2) to use a Virtual Copies.
