Can't Shoot RAW on Samsung Galaxy A32

I have tried several times but I cannot find the DNG and JPEG toggle in the lightroom camera. This option was available on all my previous phones such as the Nokia 5.4 and Huawei GR5 all of which happened to be much cheaper phones too. I want to know whether this is an issue with samsung or adobe and whether I could fix it and get DNG capture support on this phone as it is vital for me
