can't sign in
First of all, it's ridiculous that I have to reach out to the community for support for software I am paying for.
I can't sign in to Lightroom. It keeps prompting me to log in, even after I sign in through the Adobe Creative Cloud app and the browser. The issue persists—it keeps asking me to log in and won't allow me to import any photos.
As mentioned, it's frustrating to have to rely on the community for answers. If there's another way to contact support, it wasn't made clear or accessible. Is this what Adobe has come to? Paying customers have to beg the community for help and hope for an answer?
I'm not part of a domain, or company subscription.
