Can't sign in on desktop to sync presets en photo's to Lightroom Mobile

Hi,

I use Lightroom CC version 2015.10.

A while ago I made presets on Lightroom on my laptop.

Now I want to use the presets on my phone. Everywhere on the internet you can read that you have to activate links above the name box lightroom mobile and then have the presets & photo's synchronized.

Now I want to sign up for Lightroom Mobile at the top left, but this does not work. When I am logged in, it says that I am not. I then try again all the time and then the screen does not even come forward to sign you up.

Even if I look at the preferences -> Lightroom mobile, it says that I have to register, while I try to log in with my adobe log-in data all the time.

I really hope someone can help me with this.

I have an Macbook air version OS X 10.10.5

And then this goes away and i see screenshot 1 again.
