Can't sign in our access account

Hi guys, I'm new to this.tried downloading the lightroom mac app but I am not able to sign in to the account even though I've tried uninstalling, fixing hosts, cleaning using adobe tools etc. 

 

When it brings me to my browser to sign in I get this message after I sign in: 

But when I go to my lightroom app on my mac it shows this: I am definitely connected to the internet, and I tried disabling firewall, clearing cache, and everything I could find. 

I can sign in easily on my ipad. Can anyone help?

If Lightroom is purchased via PlayStore/ AppStore it is only applicable to use on mobile devices.

Do you have a subscription from Adobe?

With an Adobe subscription your would access the Lightroom App from the installed Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App which is the preferred way to access your photos (instead of the browser connection through Lightroom Web.)
