Can't sync Camera RAW profiles and presets with Lightroom Mobile

Tell me how to do it?

I don't use desktop version of Lightroom.

You can't sync Camera Raw profiles with Lightroom mobile unless you install Lightroom desktop and import them there. For presets see this:
