Can’t sync Lightroom Desktop to Lightroom on the iPhone

I have two versions of Lightroom on my desktop plus the app on iPhone.  For some reason I am not able to sync to my phone and I pay for both desktop and app. {Title edited by Moderator}

Thanks for reaching out. Which versions of Lightroom do you have on your desktop and iPhone? Are they signed in to a single adobe account or a different account? Have you tried changing your network connection? What happens when you try to sync? Do one or more images remain in syncing state forever? If it does, then please check the steps from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/stuck-syncing.html.
