Can't upload photos to Lightroom

I can't upload my photos to Lightroom this is urgent.  2 hours on live chat with someone that clearly had no clue and changed my settings and lost the pictures  was working on, horrendous experrince with adobe!  We pay alot of money for a premium service.  how can you work with a photo editing programme that you can't upload photos to??

    If you need help, then you'll have to give much more information. What version of Lightroom are you talking about? Lightroom desktop? Mac or PC? Lightroom Mobile? Android or iOS? Version numbers for Lightroom and the OS? What exactly does (not) happen when you try to 'upload' photos?
