can't use Lightroom premium features after in-app purchase

I made an in-app purchase in Adobe lightroom mobile to use the premium features but it doesn't work, tried to restore purchase, even tried re-subscribing but to no avail. this same thing happened last month as well, I had to wait a whole month to try subscribing again only to encounter this same problem. complained last month after encountering this problem but no one in the app development team did jack.
