Can’t Use Noise Reduction in Lightroom After Recent Update

Hello everyone,
 
since Lightroom was updated I have not been able to improve (reduce noise) in my images, can anyone help me?

Could you share a bit more about what you mean when you say you "have not been able to"? Are you having trouble finding the feature, or is it not working as expected? Also, what version of Lightroom are you using?
