Can't use Premium Features

I've successfully purchased Lightroom premium plan on Google Play, but cannot use premium features at all. I tried to restore my purchase in the app, but it failed. I also checked my Adobe ID, and there was no active plan linked to it.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you confirm if the purchase was made using a different email ID? Sometimes, the subscription might be linked to an alternate account.

If possible, DM (Direct Message) me in the community to privately (from my profile) a screenshot or confirmation of the purchase so I can help troubleshoot further and ensure everything is linked correctly.
