Can we fix the scrollbar in 'Detail' view?

If I have a filter set, the scrollbar seems to use the size of the entire collection. When I am editing or rating photos with a filter, the scroll bar doesn't show me where the end of the filtered collection is. It completely misrepresents the photos I'm looking at and gives me no indiciation when I'm almost at the end.
