Cancel account
Hello, I've been paying for adobe products for years because I cannot work out how to cancel. I have contacted adobe through the virtual assistant a number of times, but it is AI and does not understand the issue that I have. There is no email to contact the company.
The email account that is linked to the adobe account that is taking payments no longer exists, as the business I worked for closed down. I therefore cannot access my adobe account in order to cancel (it was a google account) and so the payments keep rolling out.
Could someone please help me cancel the subscription?
