Cannot access premium features in mobile Lightroom

I cannot access the premium features in Lightroom on iPhone eventhough I have paid for the subscription. The Apple App Store says my subscription is good until Feb 2025. If I go to use a premium feature I am asked to subscribe. If I try to subscribe I am told I already have a subscription. I'm stuck and can't use the premium features.

If restore purchase fails to help, please take note of the error message it says, and contact Adobe Support at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
