Cannot activate lightroom cc on ipad

when i try and use lightroom cc on my ipad i am asked to upgrade. When i select upgrade it tells me i am already subscribed - i have been paying a monthly subscription for two months. When i select ok the whole cycle starts again. the subscription is made through the appstore but apparently adobe has no record of it! What can i do?

    Try going to your Apple account and hit restore purchases. Then click get premium. That has worked for others. Hope this helps.
