Cannot create library on External Drive on Windows

Hi ,

I experienced cannot add folders and subfolders in my external drive, once I add the folders to the external SSD drive. It cannot be found in Lightroom, like nothing happened.

What version of Lightroom are you using? Lightroom Classic or Lightroom (desktop)? Lightroom desktop does not use local folders. It stores images in the cloud. Lightroom Classic only shows those folders that contain images it has imported. If you create a new folder on a drive using Windows Explorer, then Lightroom Classic won't show it until you import at least one image from that folder.
