Cannot denoise

I cannot denoise with photo format RAW, when it loads to 28%, it will stop, please help!

I understand how frustrating this situation must be for you. If you could share a bit more information, it would really help us assist you better. Could you please provide the system info from the LR help menu (Lightroom > Help > system info, and copy paste the text here)? Also, is this issue happening with all images or just a specific one?
