Question

Cannot download lightroom classic

Hi. I try to download lightroom classic from the creative cloud and I select the plan that includes Lightroom classic, but when I install the app on the desktop then Lightroom installs and I don't like it.

Hi @Mi-Jeanne_Webers8517,
Thanks for reaching out! Could you share a bit more about what’s happening when you try to install Lightroom? If you’re able to send a screenshot or a quick screen recording, that would really help us understand the issue better.

Thanks so much!
Alek
