Cannot edit images in Lightroom mobile

Question

Hello there! I was trying to edit some pictures I recently added to my phone, but when I select "all photos" the photo is not there. So I select "from camera roll" and then the picture I wish to edit, and all I get is the load spin. It doesn't pull it up like it used to. I checked my storage and I have plenty available. Cellular data is enabled as well. Is it a bug?

Sorry that Lightroom mobile app is no longer importing images from "Camera Roll" as it keeps loading.

Which version of Lightroom app are you using and on which Android or iOS device?

Would you mind clearing the app cache from the "Device Storage & Info menu" and let us know if that helps?
