Question

Cannot erasd fotos from my cellular

Hello, i use lightroom cloud on my phone, i import some of this fotos only.. 

In lightroom cloud i can see wich fotos have been dowmnloaded… when I make a selection of this fotos to erase them from my cellular, lightroom cannot do it! ..

    Hi, I'm sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I tried reproducing the behavior in Lightroom 11.6.11 running on Android 16, but I'm not able to.

    Can you check if you have updated Lightroom to the latest version? If you have and you're still experiencing the same behavior, please go to the Settings of your Phone and check if Lightroom has all the necessary permissions.

    Please share more details, including the Lightroom version, mobile OS details, screenshots, and video recordings of your Lightroom workflow.

    I cannot send vido here! 

    Here the process in foto

    1. I select fotos
    2. I ask to delete 
    3. I confiem to delete
    4. No foto have been deleted…
