Cannot export a video

Question

I am exporting a video file (1.93GB) and lightroom seems not working on it. My lightroom version is 9.3.1 the latest version. i just simply work on some light and color adjustment. Anyone know how to fix?

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble.

Could you let us know the operating system you're working on? What are the export settings/options you're using to export the file? Do you have an option to select the location for exporting the file? If so, are you exporting the file to your computer's local storage or to an external storage device?
