Cannot export from Lightroom to any location on MacOS

I have Lightroom installed on my Macbook Pro. I cannot export any image to any file location on my laptop. I installed Lightroom via the MacOS app store. To troubleshoot, I enabled full system access for Lightroom and ran the disk utility command in terminal (pasted below). 

I also have lightroom installed on my Mac Studio - downloaded directly from Adobe vs through the app store. It exports images without issue on my Mac Studio. The software does not have full system access on my Mac Studio. What am I doing wrong on my Macbook?
