Cannot Export Image

I'm on a week free trial. I have saved an image to an automatically created LR Photos File on my HP laptop. Unfortunately, it has appeared as a black image on my WP site.  When I try to export it again to see if it will work,  "no items match your search" appears as though I'm trying to import a photo. Also, the email I got with my trial confirmation says "If you have any questions, we're here for you.Contact Adobe Customer Support to chat with a Representative".  As far as I can see, there's absolutely no option whatsoever to do this??
