Cannot generate smart preview on Adobe Lightroom Mobile

Hi there,

I have some photos that I recently took using the Lightroom Mobile Camera. I always shot in DNG format. But for some reasons, I cannot edit these photos on my mobile. It says: Smart Preview not available. I cannot download the original either even though it says that the Cloud Backup has the Original - DNG.

When I try to view them on the creative cloud web, I could not see the original DNG either.

Where are these Original DNG files stored?
