Cannot import photos

Hello ! I have an iPhone X and I tried importing photos from camera roll but even though i can chose my photos it does not import them I have a full subscription ! I tried deleting and again the same issue I even made a new account but still nothing!

Can you share more info about your device -- what iOS version?  About how much free space do you have?
