Cannot open lightroom

Error when opening applicatioin, "getValues_L failed to load prefs support" How does one fix this?

Thanks for reporting this. To help narrow down what’s causing the “getValues_L failed to load prefs support” error, could you please share a bit more detail?

• Confirm the exact Lightroom version you’re using from the Creative Cloud app
• Share a screenshot or short screen recording of the error message
• Share System info
• Did this start after a recent update or any system change (OS update, migration, cleanup tools, etc.)?

As a first step, please try resetting Lightroom (cloud-based) preferences:

• Quit Lightroom
• Relaunch it while holding Shift + Alt
• Confirm the reset when prompted

If the issue persists after the reset, the additional details provided above will help us investigate the matter further.
