Cannot open Lightroom with no internet connection.

I'm off grid and do not have Ethernet or WiFi connection. Usually Lightroom just asks if I want to work offline. But now it's stating that I cannot work at all and to reconnect to the internet. My creative cloud was never signed out but shows that it cannot connect to servers. I should not have to be connected to internet to verify my subscription when I never signed out. Is there a fix for this? I'm going to be here a week taking photos and need to work on them daily but will not have an internet connection for my computer.
