Cannot remove person properly with remove or generative ai

Hi.  I need to remove a person from the background of my photo and Lightroom's Remove and generative ai feature (on a computer) cannot do it properly but google photos (on a phone) can( the first time-while sloppily circling the person.)  This has to be a bug because there is no way something I pay over $100 a year can't do something that Google Photos can do for free easily. (Seriously, look at the attachments)

I am attaching the orginal photo, LRs attempt at removing the person, LR 12TH Regenerative AI attempt, and google photos FIRST attempt.
