Cannot Repair Corrupt Catalog

Hi, I finally completed a complete reorganization of various lightroom catalogs into a single master catalog; which has not become corrupted & unrepairable. I've not yet been able to figure out a fix and for some reason my system was set to only back-up once a week. Is there any further option to recover this work?
