Cannot subscribe for Lightroom Mobile premium

Hello everyone. I've been trying to resubscribe for the premium on Lightroom Mobile because mine have just expired a few days ago. But an error message popped up as shown on the photo I attached. Any idea why or how do I go about on this issue?

  • What happened was I changed my payment to a different card on google play and this happened.

Hey @NickyLim. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've checked your profile & you have two inactive subscriptions.

 

Back up your images & edits first & then try to sign out & sign in again. If this does not help, try changing the internet connection. If this does not help, you can try re-installing Lightroom once & check if the issue exists.

I have tried accordingly to your instructions but unfortunately none of them seems to solve the issue.

Contact Adobe Customer Care.
They should be able to sort it out.
Go to this link and click the chat bubble in the lower right.
