Cannot use People Mask feature after update

Updated Lightroom and now I'm unable to use the "people" mask feature like I could prior to the update.

Any suggestions?

 

What I've tried:

re-downloading lightroom

clearing my files on lightroom

clearing data on computer

 

I'm on: MacBook Pro 13, 2020 / macOS Ventura

I also have the same issue. I had been using it fine until the most recent update today. I need some help as I have galleries to deliver! did you find a solution?

    Can you confirm the version number of Lightroom that you are running?

     

    What happens when you try to use the People masking function?
