Cannot use premium features in Lightroom for Samsung

Hi,

still love working with Lightroom, but I can't test or subscribe to the premium features.

I tried posting here before, but this issue is not resolved. (since the beginning of June!)

I had a brief conversation with an Adobe team member, but went nowhere.

To sum up:

I may have activated (and canceled) the trial years ago.

My use case has changed and 

I want to purchase a subscription.

But I want to try the new features out first.

It wont let me.

It says billing start in August.

Can you please resolve this?
