Cannot view shared folders

I am part of many shared folders on lightroom, and all of them are saying this!

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, there are no issues on Jessica (my boss)'s end, but I am not sure what to even try to fix this.

This would happen if Jessica turned off sharing for the album, or set it to "invite only" and removed you from the invitation list.  Can you have her double check that this is not the case?

Sharing still shows ability to contribute

I'm a bit confused. The last screenshot appears to be from the Lightroom Desktop app, and shows that you do indeed have access.....but where did the first screenshot come from?
