Canon Image Hub connection to Lightroom

Hello!

Hope you're well. I recently imported videos from my Canon M50 Mark 2 to Canon image hub. It allows me to connect to Lightroom and says they're automatically downloaded but I don't see them imported to my Lightroom Library. Does anyone have experience with this failed connection between Canon and LR? Or know of an alternative way to import photos and videos directly to LR?
