Cant open photos (grayed) - nothing works. Use Lightroom with special Win11 for public authorities

I have not been able to use Lightroom for about 4 months. the "Add photos" field is grayed out. I also can't drag any photos (regardless of format) into Lightroom or open them in any other way. Downgrades and upgrades have also been unsuccessful.

I work in a public authority and therefore use a customized Windows 11 version on my computer.

However, the program works on my private computer.

Maybe someone can help.

Seit ca. 4 Monaten kann ich Lightroom nicht mehr nutzen. das Feld "Fotos hinzufügen" ist ausgegraut. Auch kann ich keine Fotos (egal welches Format) in Lightroom ziehen, oder anderweitig öffnen. Down- und Updgrades brachten auch keinen Erfolg.

Ich arbeite in einer öffentlichen Behörde und nutze daher auf dem Rechner eine angepasste Windows 11 Version.
