I was bought a year off acc

And possible to user

then now i cant take acc to pro

its tell me i did not purchase but i did before

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom. The ID you have signed in to the commnuity with doesn't show a subscription registered under it. Did you purchase the subscription through our website or through the Apple App store?

If you have a different ID that you subscribed using, try signing into the app using that.
