cant use lightroom android premium after purchase

After purchasing premium plan in lightroom android, icant use the premium features. The first day after my purchase, the app shows that it is setting up my cloud storage. The message displayed for a long time. When I checked it again today,  it say I dont have a subscription. Please solve the problem or refund.
