Cant view pictures or upload images in Lightroom mobile as the app keeps loading (Android)

Hi, I need help how to fix a lightroom bug on the mobile app where I can't see any pictures and constantly loads when i try to upload. This is since i upgraded the paid version which is very disappointing..

Hi there,

 

Sorry that the Lightroom Mobile app is not loading images. We're here to help.

Could you please share the version of Lightroom mobile & the Android OS on your mobile? Where are the image files stored, on the Android device storage or an external (OTG) storage? Can you please sign out of the app and sign back in to see if that helps? 

Does it happen with particular file formats? 

Please log on to Lightroom web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and confirm if everything is correctly synced; if so, re-install the Lightroom Mobile application.

Thanks so much..Lightroom version 7.4.1 and Android 12. Actually now looking at it..it is more a problem of the all photos album not showing up(that is the only album i have). For example I try to share a photo to lightroom and it says added to all photos album but the album doesn't show.
