Captura Vinculada

Question

Olá!Estamos a algum tempo tentando usar a captura vinculada mas o Lightoom não reconhece a camera. A camera que temos está na lista das que funciona com esta função. Já tentamos fazer todos os procedimentos que a prorpia Adobe indica mas nada funcionou. Gostariamos muito de poder usar usar a captura vinculada nos nossos proximos trabalhos. Se alguem tiver alguma dica agradescemos muito!

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Could you share the version of Lightroom you're using, along with the camera, and the version of Windows you're working on?
