Captura Vinculada

Olá!

Estamos a algum tempo tentando usar a captura vinculada mas o Lightoom não reconhece a camera. A camera que temos está na lista das que funciona com esta função. Já tentamos fazer todos os procedimentos que a prorpia Adobe indica mas nada funcionou. Gostariamos muito de poder usar usar a captura vinculada nos nossos proximos trabalhos. Se alguem tiver alguma dica agradescemos muito!

A versão do Lighroom que estamos usando é a 14.3.1

A camera é a Sony ax 4 IV

Hi @3753184_Paim Borges3155, Were you able to try all the steps in the article Nikunj sent? Also, are you using the Sony a7 IV or a different camera (like one of their handy cams)? Thanks! ^CH
