Capture time incorrect syncing via LR Mobile on ios 15.01

I use Lightroom mobile to sync photos to LR Classic on Windows and took some pics with my new 13 Pro (my first iphone) today and on syncing them with Lightroom, I noticed they weren't sorting as expected.

Sorting by filename is fine, sorting by capture (or creation) time, they are out of order.

As an example, filenames are 0027 thru 0032 so in the order I took them but capture times for a batch of three are:

10:19:54 - 10:16:22 - 10:19:56

Next batch are

10:16:47 - 10:20:00 - 10:20:01

The same is apparent in Windows Explorer

Looking at the metadata in Lightroom Classic is mostly similar to viewing in Apple apart from time and FL.

If I go to Photos on the phone, save the file to filesystem and copy to my machine, timestamps match Apple so this looks like a LR issue to me? Never aware of anything like this in Android.
